I recently made a ‘Dogs’ page on my site. I thought that it would be nice to have all the dog-related posts in one place, to come back to. I write a lot about those two, since they are probably the best part of my life. I have quite a few posts for Prunie, but none for Suzi, just for her. Which doesn’t mean she is any less special. Its probably because in April, her birthday month, I’m either studying for exams or of late, writing reports. But no more excuses, its Suzi’s turn.
Suzi is small dog, bean dog, dimbo, mini beast, smallie, beany, itsy-bitsy dog, short-nose… she has a lot of nick-names. Even Suzi is a nick-name, Lovely Sue just doesn’t work for her (or any dog). She’s the biggest hearted, kind dog that loves nothing more than a cuddle. She’s a white-bread lover, chappati muncher, normal food avoider. She’s athletic, nimble, and quick-footed. She’s eager to please, scared of few things (except strange men and telephones), and is basically a lapdog in a field-lab’s body.
But you know all this. She might have come home as a friend for Prune, but she’s grown into her own irreplaceable character, one we can all learn from.
Thank you Suzi, for being you, we all adore you.
